Who it’s for
For the woman who’s holding it together on the outside.
Maybe you’re a professional woman in midlife. You keep showing up — at work, for family, for everyone — while privately carrying a loss that hasn’t gone away.
A relationship that ended. A diagnosis. A career that changed. A body that feels different. A future that won’t happen the way you planned.
You don’t need to be “over it.” You just want to feel like yourself again. Coaching with Jean is a space to do that, at your own pace, with someone who understands what it feels like.
What we’ll gently work on
Self-love
Learning to treat yourself with the tenderness you so easily give others.
Confidence
Gently rebuilding belief in yourself after loss has shaken it.
Self-trust
Hearing your own voice again — and trusting what it tells you.
Identity
Exploring who you are now, not only who you were before.
Hope
Making space for possibility, even while grief is still present.
Living alongside grief
Carrying what you’ve lost without letting it decide everything.
Creative reflection
When words are hard to find.
Some people find it easier to express what they feel creatively. Where it feels right, sessions may include optional art-based reflective exercises — painting, drawing, journaling, letter writing or collage.
These are always optional, and no artistic experience is needed. They are reflective coaching exercises, not art therapy.
